Michael Lieber As Senior Project Manager, Michael manages all office personnel in Utah. Friendly, hard-working, and detail-oriented, Michael is in charge of training and supervising all Utah-based project mangers. As CWC’s resident design-build expert, he understands what owners and architects need in the design-build process. He has ample experience managing subcontractors, overseeing submittals, and approving pay applications in a diversity of projects, both public and private.
