Ray Rankin has been a superintendent for CWC since 2001 and is skilled at monitoring, managing, and scheduling projects with a large number of subcontractors. Always on-time, detail-oriented, and good with people, Ray successfully completed the construction of the nine million dollar Scottsdale Senior Center in 2006, earning a first-ever gold rating for the city of Scottsdale in the national Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program (LEED).
